Terms of Service
Version 0.2 (draft), 28 October 2026.
1. Who we are and what we sell
1.1 globalcell.io is operated by GLOBALCELL MOBILE LTD, trading as GLOBALCELL Mobile, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16663482, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom, VAT number [TBC] ("we", "us"). We sell to you in our own name. 1.2 We sell data-only eSIM plans: mobile internet access with no phone number, no calls and no SMS. Emergency calls are not available with this service. 1.3 Our eSIM profiles are issued on a United Kingdom mobile network code [TBC: MCC/MNC and issuing entity] and use partner networks abroad. 1.4 Plans are for use while travelling (clause 8.4). 1.5 Contact: support@globalcell.world or Telegram @siglobo_bot. Complaints: clause 13.
2. The eSIM and your order link
2.1 The eSIM profile is free. You pay only for data plans and top-ups. 2.2 After payment you receive a private order link and a QR code. Anyone with your order link can view your plan and add credit. Keep it safe. 2.3 If you did not give an email, we cannot restore a lost order link or the credit linked to it.
3. What data we collect
3.1 You can buy without creating an account. We ask for your country of residence (required by tax law) and, optionally, an email address for order help. 3.2 We do not ask for your name, postal address, phone number, date of birth or ID document unless the law requires it. If the law changes, we will tell you before it applies to you. 3.3 Our Privacy Policy explains what we process, why, and for how long.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include VAT where applicable. The VAT treatment appears at checkout and on your receipt [TBC]. 4.2 You pay in USDt through our self-hosted BTCPay Server at pay.globalcell.io. Supported networks are shown on the invoice [TBC]. Payment goes directly to wallets we control. 4.3 Each invoice is valid for a limited time at the displayed amount [TBC: 15 minutes]. If you underpay, overpay or pay late, we will complete the order, add or deduct the difference as credit, or return it to an address you nominate, as shown on the payment page. 4.4 Payment screening. We screen incoming payments to comply with sanctions and anti-money-laundering law. We may refuse, hold or return payments from flagged addresses. Where the law requires, we may freeze and report funds and may not be able to tell you why.
5. USD credit (paid in USDt)
5.1 You can buy, or receive as a refund if you choose, USD credit. 1 credit = USD 1.00 of plan prices on globalcell.io. 5.2 Credit (a) can only be used for data plans and other connectivity products from us on globalcell.io; (b) is not money, e-money, a deposit, a crypto-asset or a stablecoin, and is not USDt or any Tether token, and earns no interest; (c) cannot be transferred; and (d) cannot be exchanged or withdrawn, except where the law gives you a right to a refund (clause 6). 5.3 Credit does not expire. 5.4 If we close globalcell.io, we will give you at least [TBC: 60] days' notice to use your credit, or refund unused credit in USDt at its USD value.
6. Cancellation and refunds
6.1 Your 14-day right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you can normally cancel a data plan within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. 6.2 Starting straight away. At checkout we ask you to request that your plan starts as soon as you install or activate the eSIM, and to acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the plan has been fully used or has expired. If you cancel within the 14 days after the plan has started but before it is fully used, we refund the price minus a proportionate amount for what was supplied. 6.3 Faulty service. If the plan is not provided with reasonable care and skill or as described, we will first try to fix it (for example, a new eSIM or extra data). If we cannot do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a price reduction, up to a full refund. 6.4 How refunds are paid. Refunds you are legally entitled to are paid within 14 days and free of charge, in USDt at the USD value of the refund, to an address you give us (after screening). We pay the network fee. You may instead choose USD credit; this is your choice and is never pre-selected. 6.5 Goodwill refunds, where the law gives no right to one, are given as USD credit. 6.6 Details: Refund Policy.
7. Tax: country of residence
7.1 Tax law requires us to determine where you live. At checkout we record the country you declare and the country of the IP address you use. 7.2 You must give your true country of residence. If the evidence conflicts, we may apply the tax rule the law presumes, or ask for one more piece of non-identifying evidence before completing the order [TBC]. 7.3 We keep this tax evidence only for as long as tax law requires [TBC], then delete it.
8. Where you can buy and use plans
8.1 We do not sell to residents of, or customers located in, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden or Poland, or any country or region under comprehensive sanctions [TBC: final list]. We may update this list. 8.2 You confirm that you are not resident in or buying from these places and that you are not a person subject to sanctions. 8.3 We may refuse or cancel orders, and deactivate eSIMs, where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached. Any refund follows clause 6.4 unless the law forbids it. 8.4 Travel use. If an eSIM is used continuously on one network for more than [TBC: 90] days, we may slow or suspend it, with notice where practicable.
9. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end the service for a serious breach, with a proportionate refund only where the law requires one.
10. Requests from authorities
10.1 We comply with the law, including valid orders, warrants and requests from competent authorities to disclose data or enable lawful interception. 10.2 We disclose data only where the law requires it, or in an emergency involving risk to life where the law permits. We challenge requests that appear unlawful or excessive. 10.3 Where the law allows, we tell affected users, and we may publish an aggregate transparency report.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing affects your statutory rights. 11.2 We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for the coverage or performance of partner networks beyond our reasonable control, or for device incompatibility you could reasonably have checked on our device page. 11.3 For business customers only, our total liability is limited to the price paid in the previous 12 months.
12. Changes and ending
12.1 We may change these terms for legal, regulatory or security reasons, or to reflect changes to the service. Changes do not reduce plans you already bought. If a change is materially to your disadvantage, you may cancel and receive a refund of unused plan value. 12.2 A plan ends when its data or validity runs out. Unused data on an expired plan is not refunded, except under clause 6.
13. Complaints, law and courts
13.1 Complaints: support@globalcell.world. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Alternative dispute resolution: [TBC]. 13.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring claims in your local courts where that law allows.
