Privacy-first

Privacy, without the slogans

We do not call this service anonymous. We collect as little as the law allows, and we tell you exactly what that is.

No account

There is nothing to sign up for. Your private order link replaces a login.

No identity documents

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, date of birth or ID, unless a law requires it. If that ever changes, we will tell you before it applies to you.

Self-hosted payments

Payments run on our own BTCPay Server. No payment company sees your order, and we never see a card.

No trackers

This website has no analytics scripts, no advertising cookies and no third-party widgets. The Telegram button is a plain link.

Email is optional

Give an email only if you want order help. We never use it for marketing unless you opt in, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Honest limits

Like every mobile operator, we must keep some network data by law and we must answer valid legal requests.

What we must keep, and why

  • Your country of residence and the IP address used at checkout, as evidence for tax. We keep the IP address only for as long as tax law requires us to [TBC: retention period to be confirmed by our tax adviser], then delete it.
  • Order and eSIM identifiers (order ID, ICCID) and the blockchain transaction ID of your payment, for accounting and support.
  • Network data that telecom law requires an operator to keep (for example, when the eSIM was first connected and which network it used), for the period the law sets [TBC].

What we will never do

  • Sell or rent your data.
  • Put advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
  • Ask for your ID "just in case".
  • Describe the service as "anonymous", "untraceable" or "no logs". These words would not be honest for any mobile service.

Requests from authorities

We comply with the law, including valid court orders and warrants. We disclose data only where the law requires it, we challenge requests that appear unlawful or excessive, and where the law allows we tell the people affected. Because we collect very little, we often have very little to hand over.
